Comedian John Oliver Will Voice Zazu in Disney’s ‘The Lion King’

Today, The Wrap is reporting that Last Week Tonight host and British comedian John Oliver is set to voice Zazu in Disney’s upcoming Lion king remake which is currently in production. Zazu was the loyal majordomo to the kings Mufasa, Scar and eventually Simba.

Oliver joins Donald Glover who will voice Simba, Billy Eicher and Seth Rogan as Timon sand Pumba. With James Earl Jones returning to voice the mighty fallen king Mufasa.It’s unknown who will voice Nala or the evil Scar in the picture. However, Beyonce was once rumored to voice the older Nala several months ago. We at Omega Underground revealed that production began in May and will continue through this September.
