Charlize Theron/Seth Rogen Comedy ‘Flarsky’ Shooting October-December In Montreal

Charlize Theron and Seth Rogen are set to pair-up for the comedy Flarsky. It’s confirmed to shoot in Montreal and we’ve learned from local sources the production dates for the film. The Lionsgate film will be directed by Jonathan Levine (50/50, The Wackness) and written by The Interview’s Dan Sterling.

O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Godzilla 2, Straight Outta Compton) was recently in talks to join.

Rogen will play an unemployed journalist, battered by his own misfortune and self-destructive ways, who endeavors to pursue Theron’s character — his childhood crush and babysitter, who now happens to be one of the most powerful and unattainable women on earth.

Production is set to begin on October 15th and will wrap sometime in December.

Flarsky is set for release on February 8th, 2019.
