Actress Carrie Coon Confirmed As Proxima Midnight In ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

Avengers: Infinity War co-director Joe Russo has confirmed to the RadioTimes that actress  Carrie Coon (Fargo, Gone Girl) is playing Proxima Midnight, a female villain part of Thanos’ Black Order a cosmic team made up of his adopted children.

It looks like that indeed Tom Vaughn-Lawlor is playing Ebony Maw and Terry Notary is Cull Obsidian (aka Black Dwarf) joining Carrie as the other villains in the film.

The actor playing/voicing fellow Black Order villain Corvus Glaive has yet to be announced.

Peter Dinklage‘s role has also yet to be revealed but it’s assumed he’ll be in camera as the Russos have said he will be easily recognized(despite RadioTimes’ theory he’s playing Corvus).Giving us the impression that Peter could be playing dwarf king Etiri, who may or may not be the one who gives Thor is his new cosmic weapon.
