Every successful entrepreneur’s life is applauded for the fortitude and grit it demands to navigate it rightfully. The struggle to distinguish oneself in business is real, and it’s particularly challenging in hyper-competitive fields like entertainment, technology, and media. And amidst this all, standing out from the crowd is the biggest concern an entrepreneur encounters. But despite it all, some manage to build and lead a business, or say, any profession, merely due to their passion for their work that helps them in many ways. Likewise, though having paved a path in a new niche, striving with passion has enabled the Kurdish entrepreneur cum author, Maziar Rajabi, to establish his mission, vision, mindset, messaging, and energy which has earned him immense respect and repute from clients, partners, and stakeholders from across the world.
In Rajabi’s opinion, his passion allows him confidently to explain what he does and why it is needed, and also helps him in the times when he’s feeling the most stuck. This resolve to reach greater heights and make a name in the industry, is in itself, a reason that drove him to author his recently-launched book, Entrepreneurship in Bitumen Business. As someone who grew the business that proved true to him, he believes that passion is what helps one tune their work with everything else that represents them.
To this, he also further added, “Life at the start as an entrepreneur, or be it in any profession, is difficult. There are constant highs and lows. We oftentimes question our own chosen routes and capabilities, but here’s when passion comes into play. Without that, it’s easier to give up when times get difficult. My own apprehensions about authoring a book on a subject lesser-known and minimally-exposed in the world faded because my passion to accomplish the set goal was much stronger and bigger. And that’s how my first and most-awaited book on the world of Bitumen trade took birth.”
From his own experience and observation, Rajabi shares a piece of advice for the youth and new-age entrepreneurs wherein he emphasizes on never overlooking building a dream that stems from one’s passion and urges to hone experiences, moments of realization, struggles, the problems and voids that inspired the solutions.
“Remember, a successful entrepreneur is not the one who simply establishes and scales a good business, it is someone who lives with passion and thrives on it with each passing day,” added Rajabi, when speaking on the key to flourishing, both as an individual and entrepreneur.
