It Doesn't Matter Where You Start; Just Take the First Step — Fabian Kumpusch 01

It’s easy to get stuck in the logistics of starting a new phase of your life, whether it be moving to a new city, starting a new business, or simply trying something new in life. It feels like you have to plan everything out in advance and be completely ready in order to succeed. However, Fabian Kumpusch has a different opinion. Fabian is an entrepreneur, crypto trader, and travel enthusiast who has learned that what matters the most in making it big is just to take the first step.

Fabian Kumpusch started his career working as an electrician. However, he knew he was destined for more. He started doing Forex trading on the side. “I knew I had to do something different with my life to be happy and have my independence,” he revealed. “I didn’t want to work a 9-to-5 job for the rest of my life.” For Fabian, this small step towards changing his circumstances was critical. When he began, he wasn’t making a lot of money. In fact, he lost about five figures. However, it allowed him to learn more about the field and how it worked. “Trading can be fickle, and you have to understand that you might not make it big right out of the gate,” said Fabian. “That’s why just using what you have and getting started as soon as possible is essential.”

Fabian Kumpusch took a trip around the world that completely changed his perspective about everything. “I wanted to be able to travel as much as I could,” he said. “I love experiencing new cultures around the world, and I was ready to spread my wings.” He worked as a real estate agent before making crypto trading his full-time gig. “My profession allows me the flexibility to do what I love while still making money. I can work and earn while on a trip or at home with the people I love. I love not having a boss breathing down my neck, telling me what to do,” Fabian Kumpusch said.

If you’re interested in financial and location independence, Fabian Kumpusch has some advice. “It doesn’t matter where you start; just take the first step,” he said. “You won’t know whether you’ll succeed or not until you try. Don’t sabotage yourself.” When he was learning to trade and work for himself, Fabian read lots of career guidance and mindset-related books. “Research is your friend,” he said. “Read lots of books and consider taking some online courses. Taking the first step is the most important, but you also need to know where to go from there.”

If you’re thinking about starting your own business or getting into stock or crypto trading, Fabian Kumpusch recommends getting started as soon as you possibly can.
